Homemade Meals

Breakfast: Oatmeal with Unsweetened Silk Almond Milk. Granola with Ancient Grains and Coconut Chia and Slice Bananas. Delicious! July 29 2016 Lunch: Pasta Salad Ranch, Bacon, Peas, Carrots and albacore Tuna Fish mix with Light mayo and Black Pepper. July 27,2016 My Early Dinner: Brown Fried Rice with Red Onions, Garlic, Peas, Carrots. Soy Sauce. This time I did not put no scramble egg. Pork Chop. Salad: Spinach, Baby Bok Choy, Baby Chards With Sherry Vinegar and Feta Cheese. Delicious!
