Happy 4th of July 2015

We had such a wonderful 4th of July 2015! I cooked and BBQ at my house. The menu this year was Couscous- Mediterranean Curry. Salad with Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar and Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Chicken, Rib and Tostones. We listen and dance to Salsa and Merengue music. Played the Wii and also Dominoes. We watched the firework in front of our house and also saw the Macy's Firework in NYC and the Philadelphia Fireworks. We finish all the 4th of July festivities at 12 midnight. It felt so good to be spending it together in our home sweet home. Thank You God for such a wonderful day and night. Blessed!
