Monday June 29,2015. I received a radio and TV questionnaire in the mail and $3.00 so I would take the survey as a thank you. I answer the questions and send it in. Today I receive a thank you letter from Paul Donato Chief Reserch Officer and $5.00. This is the first time I been chosen. I am going to buy 8lbs weights at 5 Below!
